Best Case Fans (need 4)

Hi there. I've been looking online for so long to find 4 fans for my s340. I don't like the stock ones and I want to switch them out.

I need
-3 140mm PWM Fans
-1 120mm PWM Fan

I'd like them to be the same type of fan (just different size) and my budget is around 60 (flexible) bucks. Any help would be appreciated.

Performance wise, I think Noctua is the best. But limiting the price to $15/fan is going to eliminate the higher end fans.

Here is a list of fans in that price range. I would look at the Cooler Master and Fractal Design fans in that price range.

Performance wise, Phanteks is better than Noctua.

But those are out of budget, and the better case fans are 3pin.
