You can find a Corsair 200R for 50$ in ncix us, or a nzxt phantom 410 for 59.99$ in newegg with promo code.
Did you bought the parts ? I advise you to go with the FX-4300 or FX-6300 from the piledriver architecture, much more better cpus than the one you listed, you have a rather weak cpu for that card.
If suggest this if you didn't bought the parts : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KCHk
Better cpu, motherboard, cheaper ram, the corsair 200R, better psu(XFX 550 Core edition, a seasonic unit), better keyboard(mechanical), slightly better monitor, cheaper 7950(new sapphire model) with rebate.
As you can see I won't be using any water cooling or thermal paste which I might change my mind about thermal paste soon. Will I need any additional fans so it doesn't overheat? That's the least thing I want.
The stock cooler will be suffice for stock speeds, if you plan to overclock the cpu, get an aftermarket cooler like the hyper 212 evo, i recommend going with what i said above if you didn't bought the parts already.
