Best Case for Water Cooling

I am wondering what the best case for a custom water cooled loop is, 360mm radiator with just a single reservoir for gpu(s) and cpu

The best case for water cooling is where there is insufficient room for a full tower type air cooler.
You must also be planning on record level overclocks .

there are many parameters for the "best" part.
generally, it is the one with enough space to mount required cooling HW and decent airflow.
