Best case that will fit an ATX motherboard for under $40

I am thinking of building my first custom PC and am looking for a good quality case for under forty bucks that will fit an ATX motherboard and all my other parts.

For what will you use this PC ?

You build doesnt make sense.

For 40$ this is the best case you can get in my opinion

I don't think there is really such thing as a good case for $40. There is the best case available for $40 but I am not sure about a good one. I would look to increase your budget to the $70 to $80 range
