Hey there, my budget is REALLY only 300-400 USD with 500 seriously pushing it. I don't need a overkill machine that will play Evolved on Ultra-High or anything but I do need something that can get me off the low settings of smite:

CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or Althon 64 X2 2.7 GHz
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 2 GB (XP), 3 GB (Vista, Win7)
OS: Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7
Video Card: ATI or Nvidia graphics card with 512MB video ram or better and Shader Model 3.0+ support. (ATI Radeon 3870 or higher, Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT or higher).
Sound Card: Yes
Free Disk Space: 10 GB

the CPU is fine...but thats about it on my current laptop seeing as how I run windows 7 with a 2.xx ram and for Win7 its min is 3. That being said I can still play it(when my computer isnt crashing on me) with little lag on a lower resolution and just the texture graphics up to medium (thusly, being the best settings for the least amount of lag for me).

And I would like to look into other games such as FFXIV or ESO if possible.

So my question is....is this possible with my budget? Can I get enough bang for my bucks?

this is going to sound absolutely idiotic but is the graphics card integrated then?

lol yes. However, shadow's PC will run circles around this pc.

Techy the graphics card seems a bit over kill. I mean at some point I'd love to dual monitor for streaming but ATM I don't think a $200 graphic card is needed. With that being said. I feel out of the three builds reapers with a few modifications (with all respect to each one of your builds) is the answering build. Mind you, I am aware the price of the graphics card does affect the quality of it but I think I might be able to get the price closer to my budget. So thank you guys and I am all for people putting their builds up as well.
