Best cheap gpu?

Hello,
I am considering to install a graphic card in my PC.
I want to game at medium - low setting at 1080p ( AA off ).@ 30 fps ( Lates AAA titles)
My build -
CPU - I3-4130
Power supply - 500 Watt
Ram - 8 gb ddr3 (1600 MHz)
Motherboard - Asus h81-cs
Hdd - 1 TB

I live in India and here graphics cards are very expensive, so I want a graphic card below 10k rupees.
Country's climate is hot , so I'll be happy if you can suggest me gpu which will not overheat.

Ps- I have a small cabinet

A future proof card will be preferred.
Do I need to update my bios?

Got a i3 4150 with evga superclocked 750ti....works well. Maybe add a small ssd for windows and main programs.

I would get a GTX 1050Ti anything stronger is going to be getting a hefty bottleneck.
