so what's the best PSU for this rig?

MSI B250M Mortar
Intel Core i5-6600K
Gigabyte GTX 1070 8GB DDR5
HyperX FURY 16GB 2133MHz DDR4 (2x8)
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

Solution
Power Supply: SeaSonic - S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($47.78 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.88 @ OutletPC)

Power Supply: SeaSonic - G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($68.98 @ NCIX US)

Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Or the G3 as mentioned above. Corsair isn't quite as good as the Seasonic units, Evga is the same, so much depends on taste when it comes to non, semi or full modular.

Solution

I'd go with the G 550W since it's the only one available here in my place 😀 THANKS

Thanks for the suggestion, maybe I'd go with an MSI Z270M Mortar.. or if there's something else that is cheaper than that??

Thanks for the reply OP! I'm partial to ASRock but the MSI should be fine. This one is same price after the rebate:

You certainly don't have to OC, but you've got the cooler to support it and I can tell you for certain OCing has helped limp my ancient CPU along. Still, it's due for a forklift upgrade.

Edit: One other thing, might consider faster RAM (3000-ish) if you can find a good deal. Not a massive difference, but a difference nonetheless.
