Best combo for GTA V?

Need to choose between an i5 6400 with a GTX 1070 or an i5 6500 with a GTX 1060? Playing with 1080p 60hz monitor and wanting high to ultra settings

theres a $12 difference between those two cpu's, get the i5-6500 with the 1070 even if you have to cut back on other things for a week.
