Best Computer for Cubase 7.5?

Hi Guys!
i want to run cubase 7(.5) and just watching movies and it's need to be really fast, under the 500 dollars, but what should i do? A Core i5 4th generation and a Cheap videocard or just a Cheap AMD Quadcore and a Better videocard? may 2 CPU's? Hi, may also a Good APU from AMD and with strong intergraded graphics??? i don't now....

Cubase does not have very high requirements for a basic system. What is probably more important is how hard you will work it and what your budget is.

You dont even need a dedicated video card for cubase, though it doesnt hurts to have a card that supports multiple monitors :
