Question Best configuration for gaming on my Nvidia Shield in 4k

Hi everyone !

I'm building a gaming configuration, mainly to enjoy PC games like Witcher III and emulated games like Zelda BOTW on my Nvidia Shield in 4k/60fps

Which GPU/CPU combo should I opt ?

Would an Nvidia rtx 2070 super be a good GPU for it ?
For the CPU I can buy for the same price a Ryzen 3700x and a I7 9700k.
Am I aiming for the right range of processors?

You are definitely are the right price range, condiser getting an RTX 2080, also just to be sure, you are using a shield TV, not a tablet or handheld, right? also your tv supports 4k resolution?
