Xbox controllers or Logitech Are good. Choose the one that looks best to you, as any should work fine.

By far the best is the XBox One controller, it's the only one to get regular updates on PC and a first class citizen of Windows 10. On top of that it's probably the most comfortable controller ever made for larger hands.

Agreed with Rockyplays, I have a Xbox 360 controller for my PC and I love it, XBone controllers looks really good tho

I personally don't recommend Logitech controllers, but if you can't get an Xbox Elite or a wired Xbox One controller then it would be the next NEXT best thing. The Xbox One/Elite controller is very very VERY comfortable. The Xbox Elite controller has extra buttons on the back and the "d-pad" has many more directions. I hear it's pricey, but it's way worth it in my opinion. If money's a problem, get a regular Xbox One controller. It's what I have. Whatever you do don't get an Xbox 360 controller. It's was less comfortable.

It's a cheap chinese ripoff (i.e. it will fail in the first year of use) of the xbox 360 controller that costs almost as much. Why have a ripoff when you can buy the real thing for the same price?

I've used a XBO controller with my desktop for a year an a half and it still hasn't gone out of calibration once (and you can re-calibrate it if you need to), meaning it's still in top notch

Xbox 360 controllers will work fine. If you want to spend a little extra you could grab the Xbone controller, but it is not necessary.
