Best Cooler for a Phantkes P400s and I7 7700k?

I just built this computer and really am not comfortable with the temps im getting, 80C with it under 30% CPU usage, that's stupid, so i am hoping I can live with it being at 80 for 3 months, before I get a new high end cooler (I am using a Hyper 212 for now) http:// Is my build. Thinking an NZXT?

Yes, all stock, about 1.248 V core per CPUz...

(THis isusing only a single fan attached in between the D15's cooling stacks, as my Corsair 100R lacked the width to allow direct attachment of the 2nd fan due to case clearance, so I merely used the 2nd fan as a case intake fan a few inches away....; fan set too medium speed profile in BIOS, and it is virtually silent/inaudible...

Stock autovoltage and stock clocks, Is that possibly the issue?

I run mine at 1.225V because AUTO runs it at 1.265V and can spike to 1.36V. You can try lowering it to improve temps. But getting a better cooler wouldn't be a bad idea. Large 240mm+ AiO would be as good as a large air cooler, but with greater risk and a bigger price tag.
