With the Noctua NH-D15, my idle temps are about 32C within WIndows, 59-62C within gaming in BF1, 64C under Intel stress test, and 71-73C max in Prime95/small FFTs....(stock clocks)
Phanteks P400S claims 160mm clearance, but I've heard it has more. I saw a pictures of the NH-D15S inside one, scroll down the page here. https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/764262-does-noctua-nh-d15-fit-phanteks-eclipse-p400s/
Also, your temps you mentioned, is that stock AUTO voltage with stock clocks?
