Best cooler for price

I only got ~$30 budget for cpu cooler, still cant make up my mind which cooler gonna do best for my E7300.

seriously i'm only gonna OC to 3,3ghz max, so my budget should cover it up right?

now i only have these 3 brand in my mind: Arctic cooling, Xigmatek, n Cooler Master. which brand n what model that gonna suit best for my need?

one more thing my case is quite narrow. after i measure it, it's only 182mm wide.
so im afraid cooler with 12mm fan wont fit in my case

well, the best cooler for the price is the Xigmatek S1283.

scores the best at Frostytech, and it's $37

the Zalman Cu-7700 is a good low-profile heat sink, that sprays a lot of air on memory & northbridge & power processing componenets.
