Hi, I'm upgrading from an i5 8600K to an i7 9700K and want to run at 5Ghz. What is the best cooler I can jam in this case (Aerocool AERO 800 Windowed gaming case)

Cheers, Ols.

Solution
Assuming sticking with aircoolers?

Height limit for CPU coolers155mm

Noctua's NH-U9B is a "standard" air cooler, be Quiet's TF is a downdraft cooler... both fit comfortably and should be capable of a 5GHz OC. Not going to be the best in terms of temps or noise, necessarily, but that 155mm clearance does limit you somewhat.

A Cryorig H7 fits too, although not 100% convinced it could do a stable 5GHz all-core.

You do have the option of liquid coolers in that case too...

You do have the option of liquid coolers in that case too. Max of:
Water Cooling SystemFront : 120 / 140 / 240 / 280mm Radiator Installation.(MAX. 40mm thickness)
Top : 120 / 240 mm Radiator Installation.(MAX. 32mm thickness)
Rear : 120mm Radiator Installation.

Don't consider a 120mm solution though, as the air coolers above will rival them, if not better them outright.
240mm, minimum IMO.
