I want to use air cooler because from what I read it is better than liquid cooling like the h100i etc but I plan to buy a real water cooling kit in thw future. I have red lighting on my ram so I do not want it to be covered. Using intel stock cooler atm. What do you guys suggest that I can OC up to 4.3ghz - 4.5ghz.

My related specs
I5 4670k
Nzxt phantom 410
Crucial ballistix 1866mhz
Gigabyte z87x ud3h

The CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ EVO is a great choice and not pricey at all. As far as covering your ram it really shouldn't unless you got with a push pull and have 2 fans. It also depends on the height of the rams heatsinks.

I am having a hard time finding Hyper 212 in local stores.
My budget is around $50 for air cooler, i can increase it if it will meet my needs (OC up to 4.5ghz and will not block my RAM).

That isn't entirely true. It's about price compared to performance and lot's of times an air cooler half the price of a water cooler get's the same results. The h100i is one of the best coolers there is.

A list that fits what you want imo,

aircoolers are about the same price and performance.

these two aren't pwm controlled, but by a fancontroller which means you have to adjust speed manually which can be annoying.
