Best CPU and MB for R9270x

I want to know what is the best CPU and Motherboard for my gaming pc i currently have R9 270x GPU and AMD x4 860k CPU, and i want an upgrade.
I want this for gaming and streaming but i dont know what is the best/
Price range is somewhere near 500 Euro.

Best solution, would recommend buying cpu cooler before overclocking the cpu in the future

This is with cheaper motherboard, I would really recommend asus mobo from the first build tho

The thing is i live in Serbia and if i want to buy something of things u selected i would need to pay shiping if its not free and 20% to my country cuz they take 20% of full price if its shipped or other way of transport.

I would say go for a Core i5-6600K, it's cheaper and still practically just as good for games. Then the money you save can go towards a GPU upgrade at some point.

I'd recommend xeon cuz it has hyperthreading which is good for streaming BUT skylake is more futureproof. Assuming the Xeon has a 30% boost from hyperthreading, and is running at its max turbo speed of 3.9 GHz, you get an "effective speed" of 5.07. The i5-6600K has IPC improvements; divide 5.07 by 1.1, and your i5-6600K would have to be overclocked to 4.61 GHz to keep up but will be more than enough for streaming especially if you plan to buy nvidia pascal GPU in the future which will help a lot. Make sure to buy a cpu cooler like I said to overclock the cpu, like h100i if you go for liquid cooler. And you should have at least 4Mbits upload speed to stream at 720p would recomment above 5Mbits for 1080p streaming quality.
