Best cpu and mobo for Arma 3 and such?

Atm i have a amd fx 8350 on a msi 760ga p43 fx mobo. I heard that amd cpus run poorly on arma 3 and such, i can confirm it does. Im looking for a new cpu and mobo that runs arma 3 good. My budget is 270€/300$/228£
