Memory: Corsair Memory Vengeance Jet Black Low Profile 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz

Power Supply: COOLER MASTER G700 700W

I need a new Z97 motherboard, CPU fan and 2 case fans. I found these, are these the best options?

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 (£102.99)
CPU Fan: Noctua NH-D15 (£81.99)
Case Fans: Corsair CO-9050006-WW Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition DUAL PACK (£21.99)

Are Noctua fans the best for Air cooling?

Solution
Noctua fans are arguably the best and can give water-cooling units a run for their money. If you would like, you could exchange the MSI board for something like the Asus Z97-A, a great option and more reliable than the MSI.

Nope I don't need the performance, I guess it's just for a cool personal endeavor. My current mobo is bad and I hit temps of like 75C on my GFX and 65C on my CPU when playing intense games on Ultra. So I definitely need some fans.

Thanks for the suggestions. Would you say the Noctua fan would be a better option than the Corsair H100i Water cooler?
Any recommendations on case fans too or are the ones I've left good enough
