My case has a 155mm cpu cooler clearance. I was thinking of the Cryorig H7 and the Be Quiet! Dark Rock TF. What cooler is better, or do you have an even better suggestion? Silence is quiet important to me. I have relatively high profile Patriot Viper 3 Black ram, if that matters.

The H60 is a horrible cooler. Its louder than standard heatsinks, and is beaten by air coolers half its price (212 EVO, H7, etc)
The EVO performs identically to the H80(i), and the H7 performs better than the EVO

"Louder" ? Loud ? In all the years I have used it, it has never been loud. Are you judging based on some negative reviews or have you not actually bought and tried it ? Just because you may have read some bad reviews for something, doesn't mean the product they review is actually reminiscent of such short comings. Some people get bad experiences. Some people get good ones.

Also, you do realize the H60 is a liquid cooler, right ? So, of course, it is priced as it is.

Yes "louder" not loud.
I am speaking for personal experience having ran 3 units across various build and it never is as quiet as the 212 or the H7, nor does it perform better.
Yes I know its a liquid cooler, that cant even out perform air coolers for half the price.

Simple installation

Unmatched Compatibility
Zero RAM Interference

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

Cooler master hyper 212 evo is 159mm, not 155. can't believe 4mm can ruin someone's plans for a case and/or cpu cooler
