Best CPU Cooler?

Hey guys right now i have a 4670k inside a Z87x UD5H motherboard with 2x4gb Corsair vengeance ram.
Im looking to get a better cooler than my stock intel one , i've seen quite a few and here is what i considered plus my local prices(in NZD)

Coolermaster Nepton 280l $180
Coolermaster V8 GTS $135
Noctua U12s $100
Noctua U14s $120
Noctua NH D14 $170

Any other suggestions? and also which one would best the best value, im also looking for it to be a little more on the quiet side.

Noctua NH D14: Best air cpu cooler right now.

It also depends on the case.not all cases support coolers taller than 160mm,so imo should you look for the next in this list,

Noctua U12s $100

Another nice cooler for the price,but also 163mm high is the next one,

you will have to use/have low profile ram with this one and mounting it is not the easiest way as i've seen in reviews.
