Best CPU For an Fujitsu Siemens Econel 200 S2?

I have a cheap Fujitsu Siemens Econel 200 S2 with a D2530 motherboard i think and am wondering which CPU would be a decent CPU to run in it? Its and LGA771 socket and I thought i would try an E5450 but the server failed to boot with that CPU. Currently i have:
Processor Number E5335
# of Cores 4
Clock Speed 2 GHz
L2 Cache 8 MB
FSB Speed 1333 MHz
Sockets Supported LGA771, PLGA771
Lithography 65 nm
Max TDP 80 W
So now I am looking at E5345 as this looks very similar but with a higher clock rate. I am also wondering if an X5364 would be compatible? as it seems to have a far higher TDP than the other processors so am wondering if it will work.

Holy carp, that's old! It needs:

2 processor sockets Dual LGA771 for Intel® Xeon™ Dual Core processor
with 1333/1066/667 MHz front side bus

Good luck finding those.
