[SOLVED] Best CPU for me???

I am usually Play games (LoL, Hearthstone, Rust, Overwatch) while watching twitch or Youtube while also browsing the internet and on Discord.

Money is not really an option but if waiting until september for the 3950x is wasting my time and money I'll upgrade sooner. Appreciate any help in advance!

Jesus how/why do you need to browse the internet and watch youtube / twitch WHILE gaming but I mean I don't think you need a 3950X for that

Well you can just pick a ryzen 3600 or ryzen 3600x and will be more than enough. If money is not problem and want to be more future proof and you dont want to change hardware that often go for 3700x but will still be overkill for your use. Ryzen 9 series 12 and 16 cores cpu is way overkill you will never stress these cpu's they are made for content creators , streamers etc.

Depends on the resolution your playing at.
1080p and lower is a no-no. There isn't a cpu currently available that can keep up with a 2080ti at that resolution.

Whats the resolution you play? 3700x wont be a bottleneck from 1440p or more. At 4k even ryzen 5 3600 wont bottleneck 2080ti cause the higher you go in resolution the gpu becomes the bottleneck. For 1080p as Phaaze mentioned propably every cpu will be and i dont see a reason anyway to buy 2080ti for 1080p.
