[SOLVED] Best cpu for my 1060 6gb

Hey guys I really want to get into there amd family and I want to get a Ryzen 5 3600 to pair with my 1060 but I am worried about bottlenecking my gpu. I am looking for 144fps gaming on competitive games such as csgo, valorant, etc. If you could suggest a cpu for me that’ll be great. Thanks

You should be good with the 3600. It's also more future proof as well. Gaming is more dependent on the gpu rather than the cpu.

Depends on the game. Csgo yes. Other games like warzone, apex or newer titles no. The gtx 1060 is too weak to push 144fps
