Best CPU for my motherboard?

Hi. I would like to know what the best possible CPU upgrade is that i can get for the following motherboard?

The motherboard has LGA775 cpu socket, so the best processor for it would be Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad. Pretty obsolete, I suggest you get a new computer.

At least a new motherboard (lga1150) or wait until the new skylake CPU come and see what socket that will use.

You should likely contact Acer.

s775 covered several generations of chipsets and processors. As an example, some G45 chipsets were limited to the Core E2200/2400 at the top.

Hi. Thanks for the answers but I have found a much better lga775 motherboard I will use. This build is actually for my younger brother to play Minecraft so it doesn't need to be amazing. But it got a motherboard that has support for good Intel quad cores so I'll stick with it. Thanks
