This is specially for tiny voices and mrhippo900( one of you guys( we know who he is) closed this thread without consent and keep on arguing and didn't undertsand my question at all or maybe i have not made sense to you).(very respectfully)I wanted to ask you two questions 1.the best CPU between these i give u options this time
1. Fx 6300
2. i3 4160/4150/4130
3.Any other u want to suggest under $ 130.
Q2. What is the use of spending much on Cpu? (i mean ain't the FPS determined by GPU)
PS- suggest me a mobo, with this such that processor+ mobo=$200
I want to upgrade CPU because my core 2 duo e 4500 bottlnecks all the way so the new GPU shouldn't bottlneck at all.
My current CONFIG
GPU - GTX 750 TI
CPU- E 4500 2.2 GHZ
Ram-3GB ddr 2
MOBO - G-41M COMBO
HDD-WD 160 GB
PSU - Zebronics 450 watt
BUGET-$200(for CPU and MOBO

Solution
Not so easy..

Q1: Toms 'best CPUs for the money 2015' article lists the i3-4160 as the best for the money right now, saying that it will outperform the FX 6300 on 'most of your favourite titles'

Trust Toms? Go with the i3-4160.

Q2: Motherboard options

- MSI Z87-G55 ATX 1150
- MSI H97 PC Mate ATX 1150
- Gigabyte GA-H79M-HD3 ATX 1150

FX-8350. That was easy :).

I've also just noted your PSU choice..

Change that immediately, Zebronics PSU's are extremely nasty and cheap things and probably won't output anywhere near 450watts. A bad PSU could fail and fry your entire system; do not chance it.

Go for at atleast a certified 80+ Bronze model from Seasonic, Antec, XFX, Corsair or other trusted brand.

You also need new RAM. 2GBs is completely insufficient. A pure Win7 installation requires 2 GBs. I also included a 4 GB stick.

I do agree that you need a new PSU. Although - the I3, the motherboard and the 750TI would pull around 100-120W. Your 450W PSU caps at around 200, so you are kinda ok, but change that power supply as soon as you can.

I will be very happy if FX 8350 would cost $ 130
do you know a store where they can give this CPU to me at that price.cause in my country india its price is eqvivalent to $170-$175
.

my friend if u want to play pc games at future at high or ultra.. then u probably have to buy a good cpu such as i5 3450 or fx 8350 as said by my friend JP7PlaysMC..... The fps determines the efficiency of a gpu but a processor provides a back up and thats why ur core 2 duo which is quite out of date right now couldn't provide a back up to 750 ti..... its because.. core 2 duo is actually quite backdated nowadays... and also a processor has to provide a good power to the gpu so that it may work at more than 60 fps.. but since most cpu cannot due to todays very highly optimised gaming e.g. assassin's creed unity we need a extra psu.. and for ur gtx 750 ti i3 4160 will be better.....

I just had an argument over the I3 vs FX-8350..... not even going to bother with that, as both will offer good performance in gaming. Totally agree with the PSU change, didn't even notice that.

I am plannig to order a coolermaster thunder 500watt MY buget is 3500INR

yeah i am looking forward to buy a good psu
see i get all that i need i5 but i would buy i7 if i had money
i have buget problem
i am looking not more than console config.

Yeah, that whole different country thing. That kind of makes it harsh. I mean sure, you can go with the I3, it's definitely better than the FX-6300.

I will change psu and i dont blame u for that arguement. Tiny voices argues with everyone.Which one is best among the three?

all 3 price the same

Wow, you already do know about it xD. Among the three you listed, the I3 4160 definitely.... As with everything: Bigger number = better.

Given what you have now 6300 your power supply =bad if you wanted a change of pace g3258 and a good Gpu plays 99 percent of all games with a exception to one I know of unless the game is hacked. Amd side of things 8320 why??? overclock it to 8350 + specs easy.... why spend the extra....

Indeed, after refering your budget, I think it's a nice investment to get an FX-8320. Save a bit more if needed. Your mobo is not good enough to provide easy overclocks, so I would just leave it as is.

what mobo that G 41 wont even play it that is for core 2 duo.

Nevermind, I completly misread it..... anyway, what price can you get for the FX-8320?

about 10000 INR(Indian Rupee).

Still a bit too expensive.....
