Best CPU under $230?

I'm looking for a CPU that is under $230. I've been looking at the 8350 and 4690k, but not sure which to choose from. Along with the 9590, I'm torn. I mostly edit videos and use photoshop (A LOT). Any help would be great.

Also, if anybody would be graceful enough to link a MB that is known for its good features for under $130 it would be fantastic!

There is almost no situation where the FX-8350 would be better than an i5-4690k (other than price).

The Xeon doesn't HAVE to be used as a server cpu. I wouldn't have recommended it if it wouldn't be great for what you need. Look it up. It is nothing more than an i7 4770 with no igpu. It will work in any motherboard the 4770 will work in and the performance would be nearly identical. Hyperthreading will be more useful for you than overclocking since you do a lot of editing.
