Im using an Intel Core i5 4690K @ 3.50GHz

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU as it's the current bottleneck. What is the best CPU for the money on socket 1150 thats compatible with an ASUSTeK Maximus VII Hero?

The only real upgrade you have is the i7-4770k or i7-4790K.
