best custom R9 290

Can anyone suggest best R9 290 custom GPU like sapphire,msi i heard reference R9 290 was horrible making noise,performance hiccups ..etc

Yes reference r9 290 is not much of a cool gpu. But the best for you will Sapphire tri-x oc r9 290. It has the best cooler among the r9 290s.

'Toxic' is just Sapphire's name for this unique model of graphics card. They are usually Sapphire's most powerful versions of each GPU.

The Sapphire Tri X or the MSI Gaming edition. The Tri X has slightly better temps, but the Gaming has a custom PCB and Hynix memory (ie it will overclock further) plus a backplate. It's also rumoured to be a little bit quieter.
