nah its actually ddr3-2000 its for motherboard gigabyte 970a-ud3p
Memory: 4x DDR3-2000(OC)/ 1866/ 1600/ 1333/ 1066 DIMM Slots would the 2133 just max out at 2000 then?

If you want it really cheap then go for 1600 MHz ram, it is more widely used so it's cheaper and it doesn't make a big difference at all.

it says 2000(oc) since that is the highest officially supported by your motherboard.

dont worry about "official", its very likely your board can run higher anyways.

just get 2133 ram. if your board wont push them that fast it will just downclock them.... at which point you can just tighen up the timings... basically you can downclock the 2133 sticks to run at whatever you want, 2000@cas9.... 1866@cas8 maybe.
