best ddr3 RAM in these -

I want to buy 2sticks of 4gb ram for gigabyte mobo ga-h87m-d3h which support dimm sdram with 1600 freq. and 1.5 volt. So,I'm confuse to select best ram for this. Gskill is rare available here and not good service. so I choose corsair and kingston brand. here are some models of them which I consider -

it's voltage is 1.65. is it ok?

I wouldn't touch 1600/9 sticks that require 1.65, those are bare basic entry level sticks, 1.5 should be sufficient, 1.65 can be indicative of weak memory chips

Looking into the model more, it only runs 1.5v with stock 1333 speed. It's rated for 1.65v for 1600 speed, so Tradesman is right. None of the RAM you listed will do 1600 at 1.5v, they are either 1333 1.5v or 1600 1.65v. I don't see any at around 2500 that will do 1600 1.65. So either make due with the 1600 at 1.65v and hope you can undervolt, run it at 1333, pay more for a module that will run 1600 1.5v, or find a different retailer.

1333 (good sticks, CL 8 or 9) should run at 1600 with 1.55 which is acceptable, normally have to take the base timings up by one (ea) so good 1333 sticks that are rated 8-8-8-24 1.5 should run 1600 9-9-9-25 at 1.55 - but that's GOOD sticks, if the ones you mention are rated at 1333/1.5 and 1600/1.65 that means they are barely even good for 1333/1.5 if it takes a huge (.15) jump to to run 1600
