[SOLVED] Best Drive Bay Fan Speed / Temp Tool

Hey guys, not sure if I should put this here or in OC or Cooling but basically I'm wondering what everyone thinks a good hardware tool would be to display temps and fan speeds? I've seen a couple online but they're surprisingly difficult to search for! Also is there something like this that can accurately measure motherboard voltage? I'm guessing not but just wondering.
