Best Dual Monitor Setup for 400$

Hello, I am looking at getting a dual monitor setup for my computer. It has a GTX 980 and an I7 4790k so i'm pretty sure it can handle it (correct me if wrong please). I have a max budget of 400$ for both monitors (200$ per monitor). I would prefer them to be 23 to 24in if possible. Any help please?
