I want a pair of wireless earbuds for general PC use like watching YT videos and sometime a movie. Keep in mind I usually use them on one ear.
Which of these will be best for that? Any other recommendations?
Samsung Galaxy Buds2
ASUS - ROG Cetra
Razer Hammerhead
Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed
Are TaoTronics any good?

I think that for the price and for what you want, the only actual comparison here should be between the Galaxy buds 2 and Beats studio buds. Both of them are pretty damn good and while I have a couple pairs of Beats earbuds, and like them so long as I'm not looking for VERY rich sound because they seem to just last and last and last (I still have old Powerbeats 2 earbuds that still work and hold a charge nearly as well as when they were new), but there are some indications especially on Rtings, which is usually pretty spot on with their reviews, that the Galaxy Buds 2 might be the better choice. I can't say that for sure because I haven't used the Galaxy buds 2 but honestly you probably can't go wrong with EITHER of these products and they seem to be the exact same price on Amazon right now.

Taotronics makes very good budget products. Keep in mind though that "budget" means exactly what it sounds like. You get something that is pretty good for the price you pay. Generally, paying twenty to forty dollars more gets you something much better but Taotronics does have products that populate spots up and down the price ranges but usually what you pay for with them is what you get by comparison.

Rtings, if you don't already know, is a really good place to look for reviews you can trust for things like monitors, some audio equipment including wireless headphones and some other consumer electronics.

Well, they are also like fifty bucks more expensive, so yeah, it's not surprising. The need for the "clearest sound" or "best bass" is usually not something seen to be a requirement for "general PC use", especially if you are primarily going to be using only one ear with them.
