Question Best fan config for Jonsbo Z20

I have a Jonsbo Z20 and I'm planning to do this layout:
1x 120mm rear intake
2x 120mm bottom intake
2x 140mm top exhaust
Is this layout good enough or is there a better way of approaching this?

That is a relative question. What sort of hardware will you be populating the case with? You could merely have a bottom to top airflow path and see how things go from there without adding a rear fan in either orientation.
