Question Best fan configuration for new pc build - Razer tomahawk mini itx?

I’m configuring the fans on my new build and I noticed the fe 4080’s fan configuration is going in reverse to how my case air flows. I’m using the fans on the radiator as intakes and have fans under the case as exhaust but I’m wondering if I should be concerned about hot air circulating in the case since the 4080 is blowing air in the opposite direction. A is how I have it configured now and B is if I use the radiator as exhaust which I’m still unsure if that’s a problem but aligns with my builds airflow.
