Best Fan Controller?

I recently bought some new case fans, and figured it's really not ideal to run splitter after splitter on my mobo. 😛 Anyways, any suggestions on good fan controllers that would look cool in a Master Case 5? Either grated front or LCD. Thanks!

Budget is pretty much $30ish, I can go over but don't want to. Channels, I would like too have at least 5, but room fro expansion is nice. Temps aren't needed, but is cool. Touch screen if it works.
