Question Best fan speed for heavy load msi bios 5

I'm an absolute noob with PC tech. I had friends put together my current build I use MSI and I'm on BIOS 5. I notice that after a couple hours of gaming/streaming at around 45-60% CPU/GPU I'm getting performance issues in game that feel like overheating. I'm looking for help adjusting my fans in order to keep my PC cooler under load in the hopes that it will prevent performance issues in game. I currently have increased the CPU fan speed to 60% at 55 celcius. It was previously around 30% I believe. Can I go ahead and change my system and pump fan settings from DC to PWM with Smart fan mode and repeat what I did with the CPU fan?

"MSI and I'm on BIOS 5" doesn't tell us anything, it would be much better to list your CPU and MB as well as cooler used !!!
In some if not most AiO coolers preferred pump speed is full speed and regulate radiator fans by CPU_FAN header.
