I am making a custom water cooled rig. I got the rad and everything else but the fans. The case i will be using is the Phanteks Ethoos Primo.

On top.... the best option is a 45mm thick 420 with 3 x 140mm

On bottom .... the max ya can fit at 140mm is a 280.... but a 480 Monsta will fit just fine

If using low to moderate FPIs, you can not find a better fan the the ones that come with the case:

140mm http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709023
120mm http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709032

At $9.00, those 120mm ones are a steal.
