What is the best gaming build for $650 only using parts from stores that ship to new zealand since that is where I live

That is a really decent build for that amount. You will like the FX 6300 thats the same CPU I have in my system.

You could lower the power supply down to around 500-600w, and take that money and put it to a better graphics card.

Lower your power supply to a 500 to 550 watt and put the extra cash towards a 7850/7870 or R9 270 (whichever is cheaper)

I don't know how far under $650 you need to be because of additional shipping costs if there are any.

I changed the gpu to a better one,i don't think the extra 1gb or Vram is going to enhance fps more than the extra power of the 7790.
A different,still overpowered,psu.But a good one.
A better hdd i think.
A better cooler for overclocking.
A better motherboard too.
