what is the best gaming computer under $1500?

I am going to be playing minecraft while recording with fraps.

I would also like at least a i5 and 16 gb of ram

If you want a gaming rig on your budget, you should be able to squeeze out enough money for. 7970. Remember while building a gaming pc, the GPU is the most important piece, so if you can grab a good one such as the 7970 or GTX 670, do so!
