best gaming configuration

can u suggest me which one is better for gaming with that gpu amd or intel,amd has 8core more clock speed but intel has only 4core and low clock speed my budget is 70000rs.please suggest all the components of only cpu no monitor,mouse or keyb reqd.i want to buy zotac gtx770 amp 2gb which processor would be better intel or amd and suggest a mobo that support sli because i will get another gpu later.and can i play crysis 3,bf 4 at ultra with that built for minimum 60 fps

The New GTX 970 looks to b a promising alternative, for 50 bucks more than a 2 gig 770, you get 2 more gigs and a more powerful card than a 780. You also wont have to get your second card for SLI for some time longer then. (More time to save money for it. . .) Worth a look.

I agree the Intel chips this series are better. The new Broadwell processors coming dont seem to be really sparking much interest and it will be another 18 months before the skyline processors come out, so buy now. i5 4560 seems to be well liked, personally I'm going for the 4790k though. A lot of these games are becoming cpu load heavy, I play a lot of starcraft 2, thats where my bottleneck seems to be. Besides the 1150 socket is much more versatile going forward. . .
