Best Gaming Cpu?

I'm planning on stopping at my local microcenter to pick up a cpu upgrade for my fx-4100 and I am really leaning to Intel this time. Though I'm stuck on which one to get. I stream, game (Battlefield 4, Planetside 2, Call of Duty (Ha), and Skyrim), and I do a little of video editing for youtube and what-not. My options are: the i7 4770k with an ASROCK Extreme4 ($340), the i5 4670k with an ASROCK Extreme4 ($290), an i7 3770k with an ASROCK Extreme4 ($340), or the i5 3570k with an ASROCK Extreme4 ($235). I have around a $500 budget and am going to put any remaining money towards new RAM or an SSD. I want to run any game Max 60 fps on 720p (1360x768) with my 7970 I already have, but this 4100 is bottlenecking hard. Which Cpu would be the best?

Just go with 3570k performance/cost its the best one out of those choices itl run any game u throw at it

3770k at the same price with 4770k? I doubt so ?
If you are planing to do some video editing and production work on top of gaming, then I would recommend the 3770 or 4770 (although the 8350 from AMD is good also for this).
But for games, 3570k is more than enough, or 4670k if you have the budget.
