Best gaming monitor under 200 dollars?

I'm on a budget for a Christmas gift and I'm looking for a budget gaming monitor. I would preferably want a 1080p, with a 2ms response time and built in speakers. I'm into playing games like skyrim, Titanfall, etc.. I would prefer for it to be avalaible at a non-obscure etailer, such as Newegg, TigerDirect or Amazon. I would like for it to be about 19-25 inches.
