best gaming pc build for 1200

im looking for something that will make me want to jump inside the monitor, great performance and the best quality possible, willing to go over budget by about 150... i need to run games on ultra without lag.... like watchdogs, crysis 3, gta iv, wolfenstein new order ( everything turned up) etc................ any help ? 1200 $...... tower only!!
 


i only need the tower... would be nice if you could recommend the rest.. but for the 1350 i only want the tower
