Any specific reason by selecting a 850 W power unit for R9 390 CF ?. The Radeon cards tend to draw more power and i wouldn't mind getting a little headroom, at least 900W~1000W power unit would be the safest option.

As for your build, that case will create furnace by two power hunger Radeon video cards and they will block some drive cages anyway.
