I like jratk94's build, even if it's a little over budget, if you need an intel that's a great option. good value for the cash anyway. This build will likely game better then that intel though. Whatever advantage the i5 has will vanish under the large difference in gpus. And this build is inside the op's budget range of 700-750

I took ingtar33's build and made some changes.

I included a better CPU Cooler.
A cheaper RAM kit (not quite as good) that is good enough.
A higher capacity hard drive.
A slightly faster graphics card.
A better power supply.
A case made primarily of metal with very high airflow.

This should make for an overall better build that is also a bit cheaper.
