This seems like a list to just add the most expensive parts without regard to function. Ten 1GB SSD in Raid 10? http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6806/asus-x99-e-ws-intel-x99-workstation-motherboard-review/index2.html says 8 ports are able to raid. Not going to consider NVME in the M.2?

Changes to the OP's list:
Go with one 4x8GB ddr4 32GB Kit
Drop the raid 10 SSD, Add Samsung SM951 NVMe 512GB SSD 2,260MB/s read and 1,550MB/s write
Keep one of the 8TB for storage
Drop to two Titan for 4k gaming, some other site reviewed SLI scaling ~50% FPS for SLI, then ~33% increase to 3-way, then a ~25% increase to 4-way. Diminishing returns have kicked in, not to mention SLI and Crossfire may not work all the time even in 2-way.

Bragging rights only last until the next big thing, it is not enthusiast level it is zombie with wallet. Don't get me wrong, I consider x99 Professional level and there are certain groups who need 64GB RAM and a lot of the other features.

Personally I am looking at the Skylake I5 6600K, 16GB DDR4, Z170 mainboard, Samsung SM951 NVME 256GB, 2TB storage HDD, with the next nvidia x60 model. If they are following in 670 and 660TI(192bit) style, the 760(back to 256bit and almost as powerful as 670) was the 'fixed' card. Almost a 970 with a fixed 256bit 4GB 1060 for $250 price point looks pretty good.
