Best Gfx card for 768p gaming

I am building a new gaming pc but do not have the money to buy an hd monitor.

please suggest a good graphics card for 15000-18000 rs (200-300$)

at the upper limit of your budget I would probably get a GTX 750 ti and a low end 1080p monitor. Almost any 1080p monitor will be better then gaming at 768p
