This is my build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/G9GRCJ I'm looking for a GPU that can run all "newer" games on ultra 60+ FPS including far cry 4. My budget for the GPU would be around $330 or something like that.
The EVGA 970 SC is one of the fastest 970s there, the warranty is awesome (EVGA covers overclocking in it) and it is arguably the coolest (temp wise) 970 out there. I have one, and I absolutely love it. I can also recommend the Asus Strix verison of the 970. Buy either of the two.

would it really be worth while? the gtx 970? im planning to play crysis, farcry, arma, and bf4 on ultra with 60+ FPS maybe even planetside 2 on high
No the NH-D15 would be MUCH better and quieter. It will cool better than the H100i. There are other air options as well that are better in every way.
That is what I would get.
Also why the huge ridiculous case and WAY overpriced PSU?
Change the Case to a Corsair 450D and the PSU to an XFX750.
I was just about to say NH-D15, get that, and 8gb G.Skill Sniper Series 1866mhz Ram, And a Z87 Motherboard, Z97 Is almost pointless as broadwell is a whopping... 3% faster... not so groundbreaking, Also that case as the above said, is way too overkill, unless you plan on pretty mad watercooling, also get the Evga Supernova G2 750/850w Psu instead, A samsung 840 Evo ssd instead of the MX100, and finally a Gigabyte G1 970 Or Zotac Extreme or Omega 970, depending on your budget.
I believe the case and cpu cooler are for aesthetic reasons which is why sticking in a great big dull pink and brown aircooler right in the middle of the window might be undesireable.
Taking money away from a GPU to spend on an AIO cooler and non-needed case sounds insane to me. Why would you ever do that unless all you care about is bragging and showing off?
Also, to anyone who knows about computers, a big old air cooler is WAY more impressive than an h100i. AIR coolers really are for showing off to people so you can plain you have "water cooling". They are not priced competitively and have other shortcomings.

Z97 Offers no benefits for the normal user over Z87, Other Than Sata Express, which most drives arent, and Broadwell support which is pointless as Broadwell is pretty much just power consumption and heat output improvments.
Not by any significant amount and there is NO reason not to go Z97. Really there is not. You don't see anyone else running around telling people to buy Z87 boards for a reason.
