hi
i am looking for the best gpu for a 1366x768 resolution monitor
my psu is 450W which i cant upgrade so plz suggest smthing that will work with that...
thanks :) :)

Sinius being sarcastic that is, not russk1. Sinius posted just before i finished my reaction, so it looks like i mean that Russk1 is saracstic. Pfffffffff, make it unnessary difficult. ( i'm good in that )

My "stupid Dutchie" reply was also sarcasm.

Just to be perfectly clear who i am insulting . . . :heink:

It's all good, no hard feelings... and for the record I'm not trying to be a dick. Just that it's being over complicated... OP wants a card but can't upgrade the psu. First thing that came to my mind were cards that are powered by the PCIe slot with no auxiliary power connectors. Say, GT 640 or 6670, etc.... doesn't have to be these cards but they're cheap and effective for the low resolution thus avoiding the confusion of the power requirements.

OP, the problem here is that the "450W" label on your PSU-shaped object is undoubtedly a bald-faced lie. It is probably not good for any more than 300W. The strongest card you can safely run without your PSU dying in a shower of sparks is a HD7750. Fortunately, that card will do well at 1366x768. If you prefer nVidia cards, you can run a GT640, but be aware that's a much weaker card.

which one is best hd 7750/ gtx 550ti?
7750 Bus Standard: PCI Express 3.0 x16
550ti Bus Standard: PCI Express 2.0 x16

i don't know.. which bus standard is in my DG41RQ motherboard
can these card support and perform well to my motherboard ?
i'm confuse with both? please guide me best

Hi, you have to make your own thread ; it's not allowed to do this in somebody else's thread. :)

*Hi, from a tech:

(the following assumes you keep your current PSU. You did not state a budget, exactly what you needed the new graphics card for, your CURRENT graphics solution, or even why you must keep the current PSU. That would have been helpful.

If I had this information my answer might have been different.)

Apparently there are no 6-pin or 8-pin outputs on your PSU.
http://www.game-debate.com/psu/index.php?ps_id=374&psu=Zebronics%20ZEB-450%20W

I can't find any confirmation on the outputs.

My recommend:
I strongly recommend the HD7750 1GB.

The new hd7xxx and GTX6xx cards both use a 28nm die shrink that drastically reduces power. Not only is power a concern, but you require a card with no 6-pin or 8-pin inputs since your PSU does not have these.

Other:
I assume that this is meant for PLAYING GAMES? I just want to clarify, because otherwise it simply doesn't matter what graphics you have.

You'll have to pick and choose your games though, and in the more demanding ones adjust the quality. You flat out need to AVOID many of the more graphically demanding games. Get demos if possible.

Examples of games:
Should run GREAT with HD7750:
- Torchlight 1 and 2
- L4D2
- Angry birds (and similar)

Don't even bother (IMO):
- BF3
- Metro 2033
- Witcher 2

Summary:
- HD7750 1GB or similar (no 6-pin or 8-pin inputs)

Don't say that, HD 7750 will run all games, but the games you told him not to bother with he will only have to reduce settings. For example, at that resolution he will surely get playable rates on Battlefield 3 with no anti aliasing:

Yeah, a HD7750 can play any game out there. Considering how good modern games look even cut down to "medium" settings, it won't be an exercise in suffering either. By contrast, if you use a GTX550Ti, the suffering will begin rather quickly when your PSU-shaped object chokes, smokes, and croaks, likely taking other parts with it into the fiery abyss.

i like gtx550ti more in high ultra gaming performance then 7750
why it will not working for my system? reason
should i go for new psu?
or suggest another card in range of 160$
sorry for poor english

SORRY ABOUT THAT I'M VERY NEW AT HERE DON'T KNOW RULES
I'LL NEVER DO IT AGAIN

Go for HD 7750..

I'm playing crysis at 1360X768 resolution at high setting @ 45 FPS... 😀

trust me you won't be disappointed and flipkart is also offering cash back on 7750 so go get it before its too late.. 😛 I guess you are from India right?

Yup... ok thanks fr the info :)
